BOYUP BROOK
Boyup Brook is affectionately known as the heart of country music in WA. The town has been growing through these country musical roots for generations since the first country music show was dreamed up around a campfire in 1986. Since then, the town has continued to host the Western Australian Country Music Festival every February which is one of Australia’s beloved music and camping festivals.
Boyup Brook has a large stretch of the Blackwood River flowing through with some great sport to explore the water and there are a number of walk, heritage and art trails for you to explore.
Boyup Brook is host to a number of quirky collectors, from a collection of over 2500 pigs to a shed full of teapots, vintage model cars, bugs, butterflies, dolls, gemstones and Elvis memorabilia, there is something for everyone!
