About This Walk

Nannup Tank 7 Mountain Bike Park is a world-class mountain biking destination located just 2 kilometres east of Nannup. Opened in early 2022, the park has quickly gained recognition as one of Australia's best MTB parks, offering 35 kilometres of trails developed across three stages with 19 individual trails.

The trails are set within a working pine plantation and cater to all skill levels — from Green-graded beginner trails like "Tiger Cub" to the extreme Double Black "Mannup" with its non-optional drop at the start. The park makes excellent use of the natural elevation, featuring gravity-inspired descents through diverse terrain that can be rough and rocky or fast and flowing. Notable trails include "The Local" (a moderate technical descent), "Blindside" (with its Instagrammable bridge over a deep gully), and the jump lines of Tank 8.

Riders can access the trails from Nannup town via the sealed "Town to Tank" trail, or drive directly to the Weitj (Emu) or Tank 7 trailheads. Shuttle services are available for a fee. Download the "Experience Nannup App" for interactive trail maps linked to your phone's GPS — mobile coverage can be limited in the forest.
